- Get Carl’s laptop bag with both the 15” MacBook Pro and the 12” Powerbook
- Plug in power cables, attach S-Video adapters to both computers, set up mice
- Plug in cables to the video switcher, D-box and the sound board
- Open ProPresenter and select the Playlist with the appropriate date
- Check all video elements on the screens and through sound system
- Look at the Programming Outline and make sure that everything is in order
- Check slides while the band soundchecks
- Have the countdown video ready to go and be ready for 9:30am prayer time

- Check all videos on the screens and through the sound system
- Go over Programming Outline so that you know what is happening
- Have the countdown ready to go and be ready for the 6:45pm prayer time
[edit] After Evening Service
- Close ProPresenter and unplug all cables
- Put S-Video adapters, power supplies, mice, and laptops in Carl’s bag
- Give Carl the laptop bag
[edit] ProPresenter Principles:
- When projecting words, they should slightly lead what the singer is singing
- Changes should be quick
- Be Alert: Know what is coming next. If it is a video, be ready to play it quickly. If it is another song, bring it up immediately. If the worship leader decides to do another chorus, be ready to skip back in the song
